There comes a time when you need to take all those well intentioned thoughts, ideas, dreams and plans and do something with them. There are those in this world who observe, those who comment, and those who do.
MechArtisan LLC is our response to the question "How are you going to change things". What once was a collection of ideas, a shop full of tools and equipment, and a group of friends with a common passion has now turned into its own machine. This machine takes a problem, applies thought, creativity and perseverance, and outputs a response in the form of a solution. As with all new machines MechArtisan has some bugs to work out, some additional tweaks and adjustments to incorporate, and maybe a little fresh paint, but the engine is warming up and we are all motivated and excited about what lies ahead.
We have a plan in place which involves both things we know we're good at as well as things we want to get good at. We aren't going into this as experts in all aspects of the plan, but know enough about ourselves and of the tasks involved to recognize when it is time to reach out and bring in expertise to help round the process out. There is already cash coming in from the first portion of the business plan, and that cash is being reinvested both in terms of capability and in terms of development with other aspects of the big picture.
